Toots is a minor character from both Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie. The first time Banjo and Kazooie see him is when he is Rubee's pet. Then, in Banjo-Tooie, he is seen in King Jingaling's Throne Room, again as a pet. When the Winkybunion sisters sap the life from Jingaling's palace, Toots is reduced to a pile of ash with blinking eyes. When everything is restored to normal, so is Toots.
