Motzand is a ghostly hand that can be found playing the organ inside the Haunted Church in Mad Monster Mansion in Banjo-Kazooie. This character, unlike others in Mad Monster Mansion, cannot harm Banjo and Kazooie at all.

In this game, he challenges the two to copy his notes he plays on the organ. He first starts out with two simple notes, then a longer one. Banjo must use Kazooie's Beak Buster move to correctly hit the notes. If the two were hit in the correct order, happier music plays on the organ rather than haunted ones and Motzand gives the duo a Jiggy when is on the tallest organ pipe and then goes away.
