Chilly Willy is a boss in Banjo-Tooie alongside his brother, Chilli Billi. He reigns supreme over the icy side of Hailfire Peaks, showering the land with ice balls should Banjo and Kazooie ever enter his domain, making his defeat a high priority. The duo can face him in battle if they manage to get a certain power-up from Biggafoot, and if Chilli Billi was defeated before his brother, then Chilly Willy will give Banjo a Jiggy and fly off to get some snacks.
