Bumper the Badger is a badger species appearing in Diddy Kong Racing and its remake as a playable character. He, along with other playable characters were contacted by Timber to stop the invasion of the evil alien pig, Wizpig from taking over his own island. Bumper appears to drive yellow vehicles in the game and has his theme instrument as a steel guitar.
Bumper reappears in Diddy Kong Racing DS as a playable character once again and has not changed much since the original. Though, he does sound more mature.
